Passion drives motion; motion creates emotion, and we all know that people buy emotionally and justify logically.
The Journey most of the times is long, hard and tiring, but that total feeling of euphoria that overwhelms you at the end of a grueling day, is one of a kind and so worth it.
There is no silver bullet or substitute for smart & hard work, but if you have passion, work with it and live by it, you can make a BIG difference, not only in your own life, but also in the lives of so many others, you can and will touch, if you want to. You cannot make everyone happy, all of the time- Technology is an enabler, but Passion is the subliminal ingredient, in the soup of life, success, happiness, health, and quality relationships.
As you traverse this beautiful journey, called Life, replete with its trials, tribulations and winding, seemingly circuitous pathways, you knowingly/unknowingly, may rub some folks the wrong way- it’s ok…..that s life. You have to live your life, not someone else’s. As Khloe Kardashian so eloquently gave us all, some food for thought- “I stopped explaining myself when I realized, people only understand from their level of perception”. A recent study of media usage and ad exposure by Media Dynamics, revealed that the number of ads, adults are now exposed to across all five media (TV, radio, Internet, newspapers and magazines) is about 360 per day; of these, only 150-155 are even noted, and far fewer make a strong enough impact to be recalled, make an impression, and ultimately, make a sale. We are emotional beings, with stimuli that can pick up all kinds of covert/overt messages, learnings, pithies & words of wisdom, from sometimes the least of places you would look to, for the Big Black Book on Life (The Kardashians, really ?). Be open, be absorbent and keep the gates ajar- choose what you want to let in and what you need to throw out, to unclutter from the precious real estate of your mind and your being.
The Celly’s are excited to share, that our AmerAsian store at Pica Pica, San Antonio, TX store became a reality yesterday, 6th April, 2016. The AmerAsian Austin location on the North Shore of Lake Travis is going live next. The AmerAsian ecommerce/online business will be rolled out very soon as well .
Stay tuned for the AmerAsian launch party details at each location & how in the process, you can help support Noah’s Home of Hope and the great charitable work they are doing to make a difference for women and children in Austin, and Andy Benavides with the Southtown Arts District, and the SMART education initiative, to introduce kids to the wonderful world of art, in San Antone. Thanks be to God.
These are exciting times, where you can work with passion, and make a difference-the rise of social business and business with a purpose, that goes well beyond Wall Street & Main Street. There is an option to the traditional downward sloping curve of capitalism and doing social good.
Onward & Upward!
Thanks,Sael Celly
